About Me

I’m a family photographer, and I don’t think you need more photos of your kids.

I reckon you’ve already got hundreds… ok thousands.

The camping trips and campfires. Beach days filled with sandcastles and rock pools. Tricks on the tramp followed by backyard cricket or picnics in the cubby. Your kids are already having a bloody good childhood. They’re living their best life.

The bit that’s harder to find is you.

Because somehow you’ve ended up in charge of the snacks, sunscreen, group chats, shoelaces, bags, plans and, yep, the camera roll. And you take that job seriously. The camera roll is FULL. Full of sandy kids, blurry jumps, snack breaks, half-finished videos, beautiful photos of your partner in the moment, and 47 almost-the-same photos because someone blinked, melted down, ran off or asked for chips.

So yes, you have photos. Lots of them.

But they don’t always show the way your kids look back for you.

The way they climb into your lap when they’re tired. The way you’re the one they run to, lean on, ask for, reach for, come home to.

They don’t always show what it felt like to be there. And they don’t always show you in it.

That’s where I come in.

We start with something your family already knows how to do: pancakes by the water, hot chips after a bushwalk, jetty jumps, backyard cricket, caravan park mornings, chalk on the driveway, or a beach afternoon where everyone gets wet before we’ve technically started.

I help shape that into a session with enough direction to make it beautiful, and enough space for your kids to be themselves. They can move, your partner can have something real to do, and you don’t have to make everyone act like a family that sits still for photos.
